Terms & Conditions for Online Payment
Online payment through the website can be made through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI & QR Scan.
For Admissions, after successful completion of the payment, the system will be directed back to the Admission portal of “Vivekananda Institute of Social Work and Social Sciences” (VISWASS), VISWASS Group of Institutes, a unit of “Sohum World Foundation” trust. Students can generate receipt of the payment made and produce the same as and when required. VISWASS does not charge any processing fee or service charge from the students for online payment. However, the students have to pay the charges as applicable for the merchant banks.
Fees once paid will not be refunded. However, if any excess payment has been made for any reason whatsoever, the student may file her/his claim with the Accounts Department, VISWASS of the respective campuses at Chhatabar and Pitapalli , Dist. Khordha, Bhubaneswar.
Those making payments should submit all the details asked for in the forms including their full name, address, telephone number and email.
The Terms and Conditions for Online Payment contained herein shall apply to any person (“User”) using the services of VISWASS for making fee payment through an online payment gateway service (“Service”) and Payment Gateway Service provider, through VISWASS website, i.e., https://viswass.org. Each user is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy
Fees collected will not be refunded. Students who withdraw from the VISWASS School & College of Nursing / VISWASS Higher Secondary School during the term will not be given Refund. The fees will be forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, VISWASS School & College of Nursing / VISWASS Higher Secondary School will take the final call for Refund in Special Cases.
Admissions will not be confirmed until registration is complete and fee is received in full.
“VISWASS School & College of Nursing” / “VISWASS Higher Secondary School” reserves the right to cancel any admission due to insufficient enrollment. “VISWASS School & College of Nursing” / “VISWASS Higher Secondary School” is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Parent / Guardian / Student if the admission is cancelled.
